Dance, Drama & Music as a team building activity can give insight into the dynamics that can exist within the team, group and individuals while having fun! A great way to bring people out of their shells and communicate with one another. These activities are designed to develop skills such as creativity, leadership, collaboration, and adaptability, whilst building positive relationships amongst colleagues. By creating their own choreographies, skits, songs, employee’s communication, collaboration, leadership coaching and interpersonal skills will be tried, tested and developed!
